The Recruitment Process
We have detailed below the steps involved in the recruitment process. However being an independent Recruitment Consultancy we are in a unique position to be able to tailor our recruitment process to meet your needs.

• Alliance receives a full job brief from you - if one has not been pre-prepared then we can discuss the details and together produce a satisfactory description.

• Within 24 hours our Terms & Conditions of Business will be sent to you to be signed and returned to us before commencing the recruitment process (if we have not done so previously). We will follow up to ensure that you have received these and to discuss how our rates, commission and guarantee periods apply.

• A database search will be carried out for existing candidates with relevant skill sets and appropriate experience/background.

• We will contact prospective candidates from the database, fully brief them on the role and introduce them only if they are completely appropriate and express a desire to be introduced to you.

• We will advertise the position in various media to include: local and national newspapers, specialist publications, shop window, website (specialist sites as well as our own), radio, bill board posters and leaflets. Specific details such as company name and contacts are kept confidential.

• We may carry out a specific search and selection for you - often referred to as a ‘head hunt’, or organise an advertised search on your behalf (this takes many forms and we can fully discuss how this could work for your company).

• You will receive potential candidates CV's, accompanied by either a verbal or written profile on the background, character and expectations of those best fitting the role. We can forward the CV's to you by whichever preferable medium - fax, post, email, personal delivery.

• We will arrange interviews for you and can even be present or assist in your interviewing process. Where more than one interview is to be undertaken we will send a written confirmation of names, times & date.

• Full feedback is obtained from the candidates and yourselves alike and any offer conveyed.

• We can even take up references and assist with contracts and offer letters should you require.
